I am building a TeamViewer clone, and your components are excellent for this.
However, my clone will need to have an internet server between Host machine and Remote machine, so that host as well as remote machine acts like a TCP-client. Is that possible?

TRVCamSender and TRVCamReceiver can be connected using TRVMediaServer.
However, please note that they do not implement any encryption.
