Scroll by pressing mouse wheel

Is it possible to scroll content of RichView by pressing mouse wheel as it may be done in IE, Word, Notepad and other software? It looks like some standard feature, but it is not supported by RichView?

When you press mouse wheel f.e. in Explorer, there appears round with arrows on a screen and if you move mouse down content of IE is scrolled up and vice verse. How to do the same in RichView?

This feature is not implemented yet.
