dmActionsGlyFX.pas missing

Can you direct me, where to find the file dmActionsGlyFX.pas to use the TReichView Actions with Glyfx Images?

It is a replacement of standard toolbar images by GlyFX images:
http://www.glyfx.com
They are not free (TRichView customers can apply 25% discount ordering them).
RichViewActions use images from the following sets:
- Common Toolbar Set (free)
- Word Processing Set
- Core Application II Set (3 images)

Registered users of these image sets can request this datamodule from GlyFX.
