How to get last version

Hello Sergey,

you write to a user 'TRichView 1.9.8 has a bug appearing in D2005.
- if you are a registered user, please update to the newer version.'

If I look to the folder 'Downloads' I only found the version 1.9.8 from 10.4.2005.

How can I get the newest version (as a registered user) ?
