High-DPI awareness TSRVZoomPanel

Hi Sergey,

I am using a High-DPI screen with a resolution of 3840 x 2160.
My scaling is set to 225%.

The TSRVZoomPanel is not High-DPI aware. (very, very small buttons)
You also hard coded the percentage caption width to 41.
I am using a font size of 10 which also gives strange drawing effects.
Can you please look at this?

Fixed in ScaleRichView 8.3.

Not only a zooming panel, but also TSRVTabSet and TSRVSkinManager components have been corrected.
