Special Characters in the print out

In one of your emails you wrote:

"This change is added in my current version (I added a global variable SRVPrintSpecialCharacters: Boolean), but this version is not uploaded yet."

Well, how and when do I use that variable. I tried to simple set it to true before printing, but the variable isn't defined, say the Compiler.

So how do I set this to print the Special characters?

This variable is in CRVFData.pas
