PageUp/PageDown bug in rtf files

When I load a rtf file pressing PageDown key works fine at the beginning but it increases the "steps" exponentially until I reach the end of the text.
At some point in text when I press PageUp the caret just goes to the beginning of the current text line.

The problem appears especially with large rtfs.
I can reproduce the problem in http://trichview.com/resources/actions/ ... ontest.zip and in Action Test compiled on my computer.
However it does not appear in http://trichview.com/resources/actions/actiontest.zip

In ScaleRichView 4.1 (available for registered users) processing of Page Up/Down keys is completely rewritten.
