Update many records

Hi there,

I've implemented a mail merge solution where the user stores the model text (RVF) in the database. The text is stored as something like:

Dear <<Name>>,
You reside at <<district>>!

It's all working, but some users will use the term "district", others will use "village", an so on...

I'm looking for the simplest way to replace the occurrences of a given word in all the model text records stored in the database.

Any idea?
