rvfcontent is not an issue.

It seems the problem is with C++ Buider 2009 (unicode in BLOB?) because with version 2006 it works fine.

Is there any demo of ScaleRichView for C++ Builder 2009 available ?
I have downloaded demo package

but it contains only delphi related demos
